Montero says, "I got ya trade right hea!" to the New York Yankees in his first game back in the Bronx with the solo homer seen here.
Of course, Montero was the Yanks' prized prospect whom they traded to the Seattle Mariners for Michael Pineda and a throw-in of Jose Campos.
Pineda had season-ending surgery, and Campos has just recently gone to the DL after starting off strong and quickly fading into mediocrity is Low-A ball.
So while both of the Mariners' trade pieces were sitting at home and rehabbing, Montero was blasting an opposite-field homer in Yankee Stadium.
In pure Tim Tebow fashion, Montero was "excited" to be back where his young career began, according to Brendan Prunty of The Star-Ledger.
