New York Yankees: Andy Pettitte’s Ankle Good After Sunday, Live Hitters Next

the Yankees were getting beat up by the Baltimore Orioles on Sunday, some of the focus for the team and coaches was on Andy Pettitte.

Pettitte again tested his ankle in a bullpen session by throwing 35 pitches off a mound, and his ankle "felt really good," according to Mike Mazzeo of ESPN New York.

Yankees manager Joe Girardi was extremely impressed with what he saw from his 40-year old veteran on Sunday.
