Mark Teixeira Injury: Updates on Yankees Star’s Knee and Return

York Yankees first baseman Mark Teixeira has an articular cartilage tear in his right knee, which could require surgery. He left the Yankees' game against the Baltimore Orioles on June 3 and was placed on the disabled list on June 4 without an exact date announced for his return.
