For Game 2, the Yankees will put Hiroki Kuroda on the mound on three days' rest. Dan Schulman of ESPN broke the news via Twitter:
Hiroki Kuroda going to the interview room. Will start game 2 tomorrow on 3 days rest. #yankees.

Kuroda has been arguably the team's most consistent starter this season, so starting him on short rest appears to be a good decision by manager Joe Girardi.
